The agreement will see the company support the club across a number of areas including Rovers, Dons, Belles and the Academy – and their director said it was that club-wide approach he found most attractive about coming to Doncaster.

He said: “We had been wanting to offer our support to a football club for some months now and had offers on the table from Championship and League One clubs.  “But after speaking to the commercial team at Club Doncaster it became clear that the financial backing we could offer here would mean so much to everyone and make a genuine difference.

“We discussed a few different ideas and the package we have put together means that we will be able to get our name out across all of the clubs different teams and areas of work and we can’t wait to get started.”

The 100Club Gold Partnership will include a range of high profile Doncaster Rovers advertising and hospitality opportunities, as well as Harnesses.com taking on the position of official sleeve sponsor for Doncaster Belles, and also an official sponsor patch on the Doncaster RLFC first team shirt for the duration of the agreement.

Furthermore, Harnesses.com will support our youth set ups, by becoming Rovers Academy back of shirt sponsor and Belles Regional Talent Centre back of shirt sponsor from summer 2023.

Club Doncaster chief commercial officer Jon Warburton said that it was inspiring to meet a commercial supporter who fully believed in the club’s ethos.

He said: “The enthusiasm that harnesses has for sport and community support is completely infectious, and while he had other options available we were so happy that he chose to start working with us, and It was clear that he was bowled over by the way that he could support a range of Doncaster communities through us without it being ‘just about football’, and we look forward to working with Harnesses.com to achieve their business objectives over the next 18 months.”
